If the proposed company is to be owned by a corporate entity, all the details of that company like a copy of memorandum and articles of association, incorporation certificate, incumbency certificate and a copy of the address proof of the company in that country. The details provided must facilitate the authorities to identify the shareholders of the company. You must also give a copy of the resolution adopted to appoint a corporate representative who will represent all the shareholders. 

Details of The Company To Be Opened

The details of the company to be opened should also be given to the agency. All companies must provide address proof for a registered office in Hong Kong. If foreign companies are unable to find a place for themselves, they can avail the registered office service provided by the agency. The persons involved with the Hong Kong company must give a written statement that they are not politically exposed persons.

One must also provide the address from where the business is expected to operate. The company must also mention the source of funds for the company. One must also provide the location where the company expects its customers and suppliers to originate from. You must mention the purpose for which the company is being started. One must also mention the expected turnover of the company in the application for registering your company. 

Understand the Company Incorporation Procedure

You must give an authorization letter to the agency stating that you are allowing them to work on your behalf for the registration of your company. The incorporation forms should be filled up correctly and submitted online. Meanwhile, the agency will find out if the name you want is available. If it is not there, you can suggest alternate names for the company. Then you can provide all the information and make a payment to the agency.

Once the name is approved, you will receive the documents for company registration, which you must sign and send back a scanned copy. Upon receipt of the original copies, they will submit the same to the company registry.
